“Lived here for almost two years, 2021-22. The management team when I first moved in, with the exception of the maintenance staff, were awful - rude and generally useless. Following a sewage back up and consequent flood in my apartment due to lack of sewer maintenance (a problem they were already aware of due to neighbours having had the same issue before my arrival), I was left very much out of pocket and even though a basic clean up was carried out by the property managers, I lost personal items and had to pay for expensive hotels during a peak time of year. The response was "That's why you have insurance" and I was handed a paltry sum towards the hotel stay that didn't even cover a quarter of my expenses. This previous management is why the property still has such terrible review ratings. The old management vanished under vague circumstances at the beginning of 2022 and the change was incredible. The new property managers live on site and have implemented many changes in the few months since taking over - new windows throughout, better laundry facilities, lobby refurbishments and litter is picked up every day. They are cheery and polite and extremely helpful and I can't praise their attitude enough. Maintenance issues are generally attended to on the same day (often within an hour) and the property is well looked after. My only gripe and the reason I am giving 4/5 stars is that as of my vacating my apartment at the end of December 2022, the sewer issue that caused me so many problems in September 2021, and left me in fear of leaving my apartment for long periods, had still not been resolved.”

“Darien was referred to us for our home search and I can understand why! Darien was attentive with great communication during the whole process. We had an added complication since we live a 3 plus hour drive away that was coupled with finding a property we loved quickly that was only taking offers that day! Darien initially walked us through the property with a skype call, had a great rapport with the sellers agent which ultimately, helped our offer to be successful - but Darien's great service didn't stop there. Darien very quickly arranged for our home inspection along with organizing and meeting her trade contacts to give us estimates on renovations we wanted to do, giving us peace of mind prior to our conditions needing to be waived. We were excited to be closing in 3 weeks but the day before our closing, complications arose, delaying our closing for 3 months. Darien kept in touch and checked on the property for us again prior to our final closing.
