“Hilarious to read the reviews from Michelle, Ashley and Katie. Joe didn’t preach anything on you. You showed up to a wine tour wanting to bring a cooler on the bus. Come on, what did you expect? As for the masks and rules, it’s public transportation and Joe is just doing his job. Don’t like the mask mandate on the tour, then don’t book it. Joe was great. Funny and informative which made for a great day. Ignore the negativity from “authors” Michelle, Ashley and Katie.”

“We traveled on the Niagara Falls Light Tour in November 2018. The bus was up to date and comfortable and Carole, the tour director, did everything in her power to make it comfortable and entertaining. The hotel , Niagara Hilton, was chosen for the over night stay and was top notch. Dinner at the Skylon revolving restaurant overlooking the falls was exceptional. Two side bus tours were included in the trip that were very enjoyable. Although there was a glitch in the timing of the pickup, Shoreline more than made up for the inconvenience. It was a very pleasurable experience.”

“I had a great experience doing a self-guided tour with Tour de Vine. My husband and I did the tour on a weekday. The bikes were cute and in good shape. I felt that each of the locations we went to on the tour were really good choices. The biking part was really pretty. The schedule was very flexible which definitely made it more relaxed and fun. Steve was really great about picking up our purchases from each of the locations and bringing them to us at the end of the tour. Overall, I highly recommend going on a Tour de Vine tour!!!”

“We had such an amazing time on our Best Kept Secret Dinner private tour! Melissa was our guide and she was friendly, knowledgable and very easy going. We booked through Jessie and she was super helpful, very quick to respond and sent us messages throughout the day to check in and also to provide more details on the dinner, pick up times, etc. The wineries we went to were lovely, and we had dinner at Vineland Estates Winery which was UNBELIEVABLE!!! The food and service was amazing and it was a fantastic way to end our day! I HIGHLY recommend booking a tour with Grape and Wine! We loved every bit of the day.”

“March 28 2021 My car was dead today. It was either the stupid anti theft response or my battery is getting old. When I called CAA the lady (I didn't catch her name) was very good, sympathetic, and very professional. The young man who can to my rescue was fabulous! He went well over and above getting me started again. He also sprayed some anti-corrosion stuff to help with battery life. He then went ahead and topped up the air in my tires. All of this in the rain. I usually do everything for myself so this treatment made me feel so special. It was a great way to flip a bad start to my day. I wish I knew your names to give a personal shout out. Thank you again folks”

Our tour guide was great too, he knew everything about the craft beer scene in Niagara. Works definitely recommend this experience to everyone, especially is you like trying different kinds of beer!”
