“I started training with Zac at the gym about 8 weeks ago. I really enjoy my workouts. Zac is a great trainer, he takes the time to build your program and gives just enough encouragement/tough love to keep me on track. The gym is being built out as he goes and is rough around the edges but the equipment and training is top notch and it quickly becomes a welcoming spot. If you’re a woman and thinking a new gym, especially one that focuses on weight lifting, is intimidating this is the spot to try. Update - the 45 min drive became too much for continuing at Forge but I still believe Zac is one of the best trainers in the Niagara Region and will go back to Forge whenever I need a boost in my resolve or help getting to my goals.”

I went in to get a sew in with a front leave out with the bundles I already had. The hairstylist that did my hair definitely new what she was doing. She also cut and layered my hair. “Have been taking my daughter here since infancy. Nothing was working for her reflux and she threw up multiple times a day. As soon as we started here, the puking stopped. And with regular treatments it doesn't come back. I was nervous about bringing my infant to a Chiro, but it's not the same adjustments that adults get. And it was the ONLY thing that really helped. The Dr. Here is super nice and so are the staff. I couldn't tell you how it works, but it works. My family comes here too and they swear by getting their kids adjusted for overall health right from birth.”

“I grabbed take out from here the other night. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful inside, definitely a hidden gem between Wainfleet and Dunnville. I got the a order of naan bread (two large pieces) and the chicken curry with potato and chickpeas. It was super good! You can get it with chicken breast but I went with the leg and thigh, was a good amount of meat, cooked bone in so the flavour was great. Lots of chunks of potato and chickpeas, and some diced peppers were also great. Would definitely recommend trying them out, dine in if you can since it's beautiful and the owner is super friendly”
