(September 10, 2022, 2:23 pm)Normally I have good experiences when taking Welland transit however, the last two days the bus driver has conveniently missed my stop even after making full-blown eye contact with them as I pull the cord. I take the bus 4 times a week and never happened before. The same driver gave me a hard time with boarding with a regional transfer and INSISTED I throw it out despite it being my last bus home. Seriously hoping this stops happening. Minor inconveniences and experiences accumulate and the transit should already be free for everyone. I pay too much to have to walk even further because I'm being ignored.
(March 10, 2018, 12:41 am)Everyone who works for Welland Transit is very nice and kind. There’s a couple of people I would question. But none the less, keep up the good work.
