“I've been dealing with chronic pain due to a degenerative condition for well over a decade. Basic daily functions like getting dressed in the morning or just standing from a seated position where becoming unbearable and very frustrating. A good nights sleep just didn't happen. I've been through all the available traditional therapies with little to no relief. That all changed after being introduced to the Pain Care Clinic in Windsor. I've been a patient of Dr. Logan's for 8 months now and my life has returned to being a productive individual. I am a candidate for the nerve blocking injections and couldn't be more pleased and often find myself saying "Thank you Dr. Logan...can I have another". The supporting staff at the clinic are all friendly and very helpful and the atmosphere is positive. Laughter is common at the clinic. Dr. Logan is truly a compassionate, professional and knowledgeable individual and she really does have a magnetic personality. She gets to know her patients first-hand and makes you feel at ease. “Me and my son waited about a half hour. Not too bad of a wait. Kind staff. Really nice and polite. Helpful and gentle manner with my 3 year old. I only rated 4 stars due to the speaker surround for the webcam while speaking to the doctor on the screen. That really should be addressed as some elderly may have a hard time hearing or language barriers could effect the appointment experience overall. All and all i was happy otherwise. Will use again”

“I continue to see Dr. Abdelgader and he continues to be caring and helps me deal with all 3 of my arthritis symptoms and pain. I am having a very difficult time understanding the negative posts because I don't see any of that behavior when I see him. Also, he does ultrasound guided injections which is SO much better than non-ultrasound guided injections. “Dr Amin has performed many surgeries, all successful on my collapsed ear drum since I was a child. Even decade later she is still my specialist and I saw her today for a re collapsed ear drum. Shes excellent with kids, shes thorough and explains well. She is very talented and really knows what shes talking about. The hearing test specialist was very empathetic and soft spoken and kind. While her reception area is difficult to get a hold of via phone and her receptionist abit curt, it is all to run a successful clinic as they do. Strict rules on no food and drink in clinic. There should be an attached a video I took of how to get to her door from the entrance as she is in a building with many others. In short, I would highly recommend Dr Amin, she herself is spectacular and talented ears nose and throat specialist regardless of how put off you may be by her stern reception.”

“Marissa was nice. Helpful. I had no trouble. Came quickly when I had to use the can 🚽. Only issue was that the rooms are not well sound-proofed so when I wanted to go to sleep early, it took a bit longer to alert than usual at home. Plus trying to avoid disconnecting myself from the cabling as I was flipping around which is my usual habit. The bed was good for a Murphy bed. Bathroom was nice and clean.”
