“replying to the post by Trevor Mulder. I know the story of this incident and it is not as he has been explained. Yes, the wrong size was ordered and it was not realized by his family member until it was partially or completely on. Interesting, since he was installing it himself. He was offered a full refund by returning the siding. He refused to removed the siding, but instead insisted on a full refund. He was offered a 5% refund on his siding order of 600$, but refused that as well. The owner of the store even went to his house to see. He continues to state there was no compensation or acknowledgement of responsibility for a wrong order, which is incorrect. He continued to return demanding a full refund and it was repeatedly stated he could have one, if he returned the siding. He had purchased other items at the store as well.”
