And Chef Murray is the best manager I have ever had. Makes work fun, and has the best personality, calm and just amazing to his staff and everyone. He is always there for you if you need to switch shift, cancel one or whatever may be. Even sticks up for you. I have to say I would not be the server I am today if it was not for him. “Nothing but AMAZING Support from FCC Niagara, after a negative experience with Pathstone and them only offering 5 30 minute virtual sessions with a BA Counsellor, we were able to refer to the FCC which was able to offer 10 In Person Sessions for 50 minutes with a MSW, RSW level Therapist. She was amazing - Tina, was able to put in effective crisis plans, heal past trauma and truly leave me able to self manager which is the point of social work, Pathstone was not able to do this in nearly 8 years of service. “I have worked at Valley Park Lodge for 5 years as the Charge RN. I have been a Registered Nurse for 25 years and have been in many LTC facilities both personally and professionally. Valley Park Lodge has very loving, caring PSWs and registered staff including management who take care of the residents within the Ministry Guidelines. During this Pandemic Valley Park lodge has a record of ZERO RESIDENTS affected by COVID. This is largely due to the cautious and caring staff who adjusted our own lives to ensure the residents were and remain safe till today. Staff also must be diligent in precautions and care to uphold this statistic. I am writing this review in response to a prior review to ensure that the public are aware of the real story and not the story of a disgruntled employee that I will not comment any further about as I will remain professional and kind.”
