“It's been 3 months since my lasik surgery and I still have 20/20 vision as expected. They were very open and informative on the operation, what to expect, costs, and the risks involved. The surgery is quick and basically pain free. My surgeon was Dr Emara. The surgery only took about 10 minutes for both eyes. The only reasons I gave 4 stars instead of 5: They have post op appts 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and 1 yr after the operation. However, they havent called me once to see how I'm doing or to remind me of any upcoming appts (all 4 are scheduled the instant you get your surgery done). Also, they say enhancements are free for life, in most cases, if the rare instance occurs when you would need one, but I received nothing in writing stating this which worries me a bit if I ever need an enhancement done. But overall, they made it a pleasant experience and I see now that it was the best money I ever spent. I'm glad I went here to get it done because I see absolutely perfect now and have had no issues.”

“Dr. Autterson is exceptional! Great professional, caring, very skilled! Straight forward advice, never unnecessary work! I barely felt the needle going in for the anesthesia. In my previous encounter (prior to Dr. Autterson) the needle was shoved in without mercy, very painfully, as if it pierced my brain. Dr. Autterson took great care to barely break the surface of the gum and initiate the anesthesia where there were no pain receptors. After that I am sure he could have went in with a jackhammer and it was all good!!! He took his time with me. There was virtually no pain throughout the procedure. The end result was great! I am very happy and I strongly recommend him!”

Dr. Prsa is very concerned about patient comfort and never pushes his patients past their comfort zone when they are in pain. My husband and I are both patients of Dr. Prsa’s and so thankful for how they go out of their way to accommodate my husband’s blindness. He is never treated as second class, they address him directly instead of asking me questions about him, and they ask me how he’s doing when he’s not with me. They are all just very kind people.”

Also, the community needs to know how good their services are. As the family always did in the past, we went to George Darte Funeral Home. Aside from they were not able to accommodate the days we wanted for the visitation, the staff we spoke to was kind of turned off when I told him that our dad had a pre plan, which was less than G.D normally costs. Things didn't go well so we decided to look around. Thank God for Google, Butler's was next to G.D online. We called and Kathy answered the phone. First thing we asked was, if they can accommodate the days we wanted. Voila! Yes, they can and we didn't need an appointment. We headed there as walk in clients. What I'm trying to say here is, there are better businesses out there like Butler's Funeral Home, who truly cares and emphathizes with you. They may not be as big as the other funeral homes, but that's the key to a quality service, which they gave us from day one to the interment. The staff were all nice and helpful. They paid attention to the details and little things such as opening the door for the family and guests. They also paid attention to the requests of the family.
