“Great personal service. The grouting in our travertine tile floor was dirty and in some areas the grouting was worn and coming loose revealing the original lighter colour. Andy, the owner, supervised the job personally and tried spot cleaning with an alcaline cleaner to ensure no damage to the delicate grouting. The hydro-force system restored the floor to near original condition.”

“We called Brian with Burkhart Carpet Cleaning last minute to help us clean the carpet and do some minor carpet repair on a rental house we were moving out of. He was able to get us scheduled and do the work within 48 hours. He even did some carpet repair where some cats had ripped the carpet. Both the carpet cleaning and repair look amazing. Brian was on time, professional and did an amazing job - all for a really affordable price. “This is truly a top notch medical organization. Everything and everyone is very professional and caring. The only negative I could mention is that I was unable to complete the admission paperwork prior to being called back. to meet with Rachel. However.I did have a rather lengthy wait to be taken for my x-ray, which I didn’t mind. However, I could have had time during that period, but wasn’t given that option to complete my paperwork during my wait. It was not a deal breaker, although I then had to stay longer just to finish my paperwork and was tired and had a long drive home, so would have been better to be able to complete the paperwork while I did have a longer wait for the x-ray, as I was getting tired after all of the procedures. Just a suggestion for staff to realize to mention that I could have been able to complete the paperwork prior to the x-ray, then having to be there even after all procedures were completed. I do have the highest respect for Dr.Wilson and all of his staff, all very professional.”

I thought I would have to replace my carpet after I tried to clean a couple of spots with bleach, a really bad idea. I was beside myself as it was an expensive wool rug. I found Custom Colour Carpets on Google. Karllon carefully did his work and expertly added formulations to match the discoloured spots back to their original shade so that the carpet is good as new!
