The customer service is what really caught my attention. The people who work there are genuinely friendly and cool. It makes a big difference when they're selling cheap scraps lumped together into sandwich-shaped piles. No hate on subway. I'm not a sandwich person. When I went to pay (by debit) the screen now comes up with a tip option!!! Say WHAT!!! I did not get waited on...just took my order at the counter and the company now wants you to tip the staff...for what??? I gave them a 4 star rating for overall experience !!”
