“I haven't had to rent a place for 30 + years until this past summer. The Staff were quite courteous, helpful and accommodated my questions/concerns and most importantly my 'out-of-town' travel challenge. For a limited period of time there are ongoing repairs to the building I am in. This work seems to be progressing well, only on business days, during business hours. I appreciate that they communicate planned outages like water, power or regulatory work like fire alarm testing. A web 'portal' is available for information and to request maintenance if required. I have had a few of maintenance requests fulfilled, a couple minor issues discovered during inspection and a recent problem which I entered into the portal. Both requests were were handled in a timely manner, by a polite capable gentleman. Lastly, what I have witnessed in 2 months of living here is that lobbies/laundry/hallway and outdoor areas are kept clean and functional. Current staff members are approachable, experienced, polite and shouldn't be impacted by repairs/construction they have inherited, nor by the previous staff's performance.
