Staff is extremely friendly. Ride was great. Food tray was delicious.

Great city to live and work ..... Need to get a few staff take care off like improvement of public transportation and social services as the homeless population for drug addicts are something they look into and get it fix .....

This is a nice train station. I went here to catch a train to Toronto and was satisfied with my experience. I parked in the train station's parking lot and walked into the train station. The train station has a waiting area and a large, glass ceiling, letting lots of natural light into the building. When I got here, my train was already boarding, so I got on the train. This station has a couple surface platforms between tracks, so they don't have roofs. I gave this train station five stars because it's clean and has service to Toronto. There weren't a lot of signs showing the way to the train station so I had some trouble finding it.

I've got to tip my hat to two girls at Via Rail in Windsor who went over and above their duties. Karr and Bobbie at the ticket booth deserve a raise for taking good care of me while I waited for my train to Toronto. Everything was closed except for Tims drive though, so Karry got in her car and got me a sandwich. Thanks, for your kindness.

Windsor Station is great! It is nice having a direct VIA service to Toronto Union. Clean modern station! Just need to make a bus stop closer to the station.
