We go further to the parking lot on the right side and register at the computer, information is in all languages. An SMS with a map and the number of the loading location is sent to your phone. Either side loading or ramp. I loaded on the side on the left side. Loaded quickly, arrived / opened the side / removed the boards / loaded and closed. Get stuck in the parking lot where you originally stood, there is no control over the load. I don’t know whether they work or not, but there is a shower, toilet/coffee.
