“My son aged 9 had three surf lessons here this week. We would seek out this surf school if we came to the area again. The boy had surfed a fair bit before but in much smaller, slower waves. He made noticeable progress and gained a lot of confidence in a busier sea. The lessons were scheduled around the tides, expected waves and safety. During the lessons the instructors were constantly vigilant about the current and the rocks, keeping the group together and safe. The instructors and organisers speak quite enough English for little boys who can’t remember a word of their French lessons, and for mummies whose A level French was a very very long time ago and did not cover anything to do with surfing.”
