Excellent hot chocolate (either water or milk based) and wonderful selection of chocolate bars, with very kind service
Amazing place with a great variety of chocolates. Great people working there
It is a place to buy amazing quality vegan chocolate. My personal favourites are the 83, chili and nibbs bars.
We had a great workshop at this place. The guy giving us the workshop knew a lot about the farming, processing of cacao beans and making of chocolate. It is very nice tasting the beans at different stages in the process and to taste the chocolate made at Belyzium.
One of the things I would recommend is to not mix English and German speaking groups. It makes the workshop unnecessarily long and in our case the German group was not happy I was asking questions (I had more than I have asked due to this).
I got the Moabit bar stocked at Buchkantine. I picked up by chance because it was vegan. It's truly delicious!!!
Truly artisanal; from fermentation to packaging all done in this wonderful little place! The staff here has a deep understanding and appreciation for the production of high quality chocolate resulting in excellent flavors and textures. Everything is carefully made by hand. Weekend workshops are a fascinating hands-on experience where you learn how they make their chocolate by actually making your own. Brilliant!
