This museum (or rather two museums merged in one) is a must see! Incredible venue and neat curatorship. You come here for some hardcore deep history experience, and even their temporary exhibitions are in line with the concept.

It's purely a gem. Great space for global ethnological representation. Very modern and interactive museum with a lot of information. The arrangement and decision of the museum is truly admirable.

A most interesting museum! I loved, that the exhibited pieces weren't categorised by geographic region, but by theme of general circumstances of life, like human depiction, living quarters or clothing.
A modern twist of this museum is, that you are able to download all mp3 files of the audio guide beforehand. So you can listen to the whole audio guide on your phone with your choice of headphones.
While being there a special exhibition showed items from the Benin kingdom, which were about to be returned.

Amazing museum. Definitely recommend visiting at least once. Actually, you can spend many hours there because there are a lot of exhibits and much information to digest. The staff were kind and polite.

Excellent museum - objects from around the world beautifully displayed and there is a lot of context of how they were stolen and culturally appropriated by the colonizers under the guise of cultural exploration.

The museum is thoughtfully laid out with the opportunity to interact with a lot of the exhibits.
Allow yourself a half day at the very least and end with an excellent espresso served at the cafe in the lobby area.
