(November 9, 2017, 9:25 am)Jürgen - the owner of Ducati Weimar - was so helpful and responsive, I was totally impressed by the service attitude this business shows, especially as I was certainly so disappointed with Ducati Berlin, Juergen basically helped me to get my dream bike, which I bought from him with all customisations I wanted. Also the actual delivery of the bike was impressive, fast and easy. Well deserved 5 stars! Thanks Michael
