It was an irresistible place for shochu lovers.
I visited on June 10th. I didn't know anything about shochu, but I became a shochu fan because of the polite explanations and personality of the person in charge! Also, the response from other shops was also pleasant. Local lunch information was also helpful. It went off without a hitch and was delicious!
It's a distant area from the Ishigura Museum, but I'm rooting for you!
I couldn't say hello at the end, so I would like to take this opportunity to thank you. thank you very much!
He guided me carefully when I thought it was a free tour. After watching the video, he explained in detail how to make sweet potato shochu. If I thought that the jar preparation was a tour through glass, I happened to be able to get in at a good timing by disinfecting and wearing a mask, and I could see the koji room from the outside. At the stall, you could sample and buy limited editions. Recommended for those who like potato shochu.
