Staying 2 nights only for a quick getaway. So far soo good. Great service by lupillo always attentive. Agree on water pressure low but not an issue at all for us. Everything else is beautiful and clean.

This is the nicest hotel we have been at in Valle de Guadalupe everything you need they have to the coffee, creamers, towels, Tv with wifi, the high ceilings, ac and heater in all rooms, USA quality everything, and love how there like little houses separated. 100% guaranteed you will love it we travel there atleast 3 to 4 times a year. That will be our spot.

1 room Suite;
1. Water pressure in the shower is huge for us and that was lacking in the suite shower.
2. I like a cold room throughout the day whenever we stay somewhere and it seemed that the suite was obviously warmer in the afternoon hours because of the sun and the split unit directional fins were not working to point them towards the bed and that made it uncomfortable in bed.
3. LUPILLO the doorman was great! Seems like he's out there 24/7 ready to open that gate. Make sure you tip him as you're checking out.
4. Thank you for allowing the mobile massage company to come in and provide us massages. Although the 2 massage beds didn't fit in the suite and it was a bit windy outside, outdoor massages in the relaxation area were a 1st for us. .
5. Loved that they have a separate smoking area.

I had a great time staying at your special place. Everyone was committed to great service and were very friendly. The atmosphere was awesome and definitely liked that you have a very modern and romantic terrace. Most importantly the cleanliness was the cherry on top along with the attention to detail.

My husband and I like going to Valle de Guadalupe for a quick relaxing getaway, and Maricruz's place was perfect for it. From the minute we arrived, we fell in love with the property that was nestled in the Sierra that had gorgeous mornings and evenings. We felt like we were somewhere foreign and romantic. The villa was absolutely gorgeous and clean. The host left us pastries, coffee, and water. The rooms were beautifully decorated modern with a touch of rustic. My husband and I enjoyed the upstairs bar top, where we would unwind with a bottle of wine at the end of the day. Maricruz and the helpers on the property were very nice and accommodating. The property is gated and locked, so we felt safe the entire time there. The only thing we did not get to enjoy is the outside seating in the evenings which is lighted and inviting. The location is very central so we were able to take nap breaks in between visiting wineries. We would definitely be back.... with friends !
