Picturesque landscapes, golf course and other amenities fulfill that living there is an awesome experience.
Views of the ocean are unforgettable.

(March 20, 2014, 2:04 pm)I was just here on a bike race event that finished on the golf course and the condos are very upscale, very spacious and come with all the appliances, including a wine cooler! They're finishing up a new pool on the ocean front side of the building, with lounge chairs, grills and a jacuzzi. You must go to the sales office in order to get a tour as we couldn't find someone right there on the building. The sales office for Santa Barbara is located very near to the hotel but on the ocean side of the road. You can read Santa Barbara on the top.
