Staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Showed up early and they gave us welcome drinks and got our room ready earlier than our check in which they did not need to do. Restaurant and bar are very tasteful. At times I wished the restaurant had ac but then I remembered it would take away from the outdoor experience.

The place is amazing. Jonathan is the best host. And the staff is so friendly and nice. Food and drinks are over the top. And the DJ nights at the rooftop are so much fun! You can’t miss it.

Everything from check-in to departure was superb. All the staff members are excellent. They go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. On our first night the grounds keeper welcomed us to a bonfire 🔥.

Definitely coming again.

Here is an honest review. When reading the reviews of Agua De Vid I was nervous at first. But upon arrival I was very pleased. We were welcomed right away with easy check in. We were provided a tour of the facilities which include a pool, a hot top, and fire pit for hotel guests. A lot of the reviews say it’s cold but Our room had a heater and a space heater and was very warm (we visited in November). Our room was very warm. Our shower was warm as well, no problem with hot water. Complimentary water bottle was provided to us as well. This hotel is a club at night but the music didn’t bother me, if you are sensitive to noise then you might be more sensitive to the music. The room was very private and nice. Parking was something I didn’t see mentioned in a lot of reviews and we parked away from the “club” near our room and it felt very safe and secure. We asked for WiFi and a worker came to our room and provided the WiFi to us personally. I was very impressed with this hotel and would recommend to other guests. Don’t let the google reviews scare you away.
