Stopped by here randomly because my partner and I were starving. We ordered a pepperoni pizza to go. Total was MX$299, but we paid USD$17, since we had no local currency. Service was quick and believe me when I tell you this pizza was DELICIOUS. So much so that we didn’t wait til we got back to our campsite. I drove with steering wheel in one hand and the other stuffing my face—so cheesy that I got it all over my newest denim, but did I care?! Not at that moment! I cried later, but no regrets!
It offers a full menu and wine service. This place is really cute too! It’s built into the hillside with traditional rustic decor and is run by a mom and her grown children (I’m totally assuming that). The atmosphere is very laid back vs. stuffy or pretentious like a lot of Italian restaurants end up being…
The place is very nice, I enjoyed the set up, and the rock garden. The cook and waitress were very friendly and fun. The fettuccini Alfredo was smooth, not too heavy, just right to enjoy with a half and pizza: meat lovers and la caprichosa. Thin crust and well loaded. The house salad was fresh and crispy. All in all delicioso!
Wood fire thin crust pizza. It was good.
Menu is expansive. Lots of different types of pizzas, white sauce pizzas, pastas, salads, wines, and different drinks
We recently had the pleasure of dining at Archers, and I must say, it was an experience that left a lasting impression. From the moment we stepped through the door, it was evident that we were in for something special. Archers, a pizza restaurant that exudes authenticity and passion, delivered some of the best pizza I have had in years.
The pizza at Archers is simply outstanding. The thin crust, perfectly baked to achieve a delightful crispiness, served as the foundation for an array of mouthwatering toppings. Every bite was a burst of flavor, as if the ingredients were hand-picked just moments before being placed on the pizza. It was evident that only the freshest and finest ingredients were used, making each slice a truly memorable experience.
In addition to the exceptional pizza, we also indulged in some breadsticks and salad. These side dishes were just as impressive as the main event. The breadsticks were warm, soft, and perfectly seasoned, while the salad was fresh and vibrant, complementing the flavors of the pizza beautifully.
Although we didn't have the opportunity to try the pasta, it looked absolutely incredible. It was evident that Archer's expertise, gained through studying the art of pizza-making in Italy, extended beyond just the pizzas. The attention to detail and commitment to quality were apparent in every aspect of the menu.
The service at Archers was outstanding. The entire staff was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Archer, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure that every customer was satisfied. He personally checked on each table, taking the time to engage with guests and ensure that their dining experience was exceptional. This level of attentiveness truly set Archers apart from other establishments.
In conclusion, I cannot recommend Archers enough. The pizza was absolutely phenomenal, the breadsticks and salad were delectable, and the overall experience was nothing short of awesome. Archer's dedication to authenticity, combined with the skillful craftsmanship of his culinary creations, results in a dining experience that is unparalleled. Whether you're a pizza aficionado or simply appreciate exceptional food and service, Archers is a must-visit. I can confidently say that I will be returning to savor their delectable offerings once again.
