Las Gaviotas Oceanfront

I came to Las Gaviotas a couple of times and always had an amazing time. I love the little beach there. Last time I went I was hired to photograph a surprised proposal and it was the best location for a romantic and beautiful session!

Villa 26 is flat out awesome. A hilltop panoramic view of the ocean from the living room was a wonderful and stunning surprise. In fact after looking at the layout and location of the other villas, I'd venture to say this villa has the best view in Las Gaviotas.A jacuzzi, a killer deck patio overlooking the ocean, 2 fireplaces, 4 beautiful bedrooms, fully functional kitchen all just added to what was and is an absolutely fabulous villa. 5 stars is an understatement!

Casa Bahiti #26 is one of the best villas one could stay in at Las Gavitos. The villa has 4 very nice bedrooms. With 2 downstairs and 2 upstairs. The kitchen is big and is open to the living room and dining room. The view from the living room is amazing. This villa sticks out from the rest because it is perched out, making it seem like your closer to the ocean. Just an awesome view. The location is second to none as it’s within a 5min walk down to the beach. The balcony outside the living room is a good place to stretch out and take a nap. This is the type of villa that you don’t want and need to leave anywhere.Jennifer set us all up and the rental process was easy. We throughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this villa to anyone especially those with big groups.

This was our first time staying at one of Ricks properties in Las Gaviotas. The one bedroom layout was clean, tidy, and spacious. He fit us in last minute for a 2 night stay in the middle of the week. The apartment was newly remodeled and felt like new. Appliances worked, great sound system for music and parking right in front. Did I mention how clean the place was... spotless! The only down side was the road noise from the bedroom. Other than road noise, this place was perfect and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Will definitely be coming back. Thanks for being so accommodating!
