(May 22, 2021, 5:55 pm)We have been enjoying birria at the Ensenada location for more than 30 years and we're thrilled they have opened here in Rosarito! We went today and had goat and lamb birria which were both excellent (their goat is always fresh and we thought was the best.) The servers were excellent and the owner's son also attended to us and checked how everything was. The decor and atmosphere are like the original in Ensenada. They were very busy at around 1pm on the third day open! Sure, we can and do get beef birria at the local street taco stands but La Guadalajara has goat and lamb and a really nice dine-in experience. Highly recommend!
