“Absolutely delicious ! Everything was super fresh and the cocktails were amazing. Kraken is in a beautiful quiet spot with a gorgeous view . We watched a humpback whale and her baby breaching while having lunch on the patio, after we walked on the rocks and viewed the tide pools. Fantastic !”

“Great little spot. Meant to review it for a LONG time now! Cool ownership, tasty food, and great ownership. Happened to get stuck in Rosarito during P&B anniversary weekend and had no idea, so no hotels open. Rented a tent by the beach from the same owners. Accommodated us right away and helped us out. Caretaker for the grounds was super kind, hospitable, and helpful.”

Meño is the chef, owner, and fisherman who goes out in the sea every morning to fish and bring the day’s catch for his customers. The fried fish and lobster are his specialties. They are delicious, full of flavor, and not greasy whatsoever. If you are looking for an extensive menu and a bougie restaurant, this one is NOT for you. “Highly recommend! Excellent cuisine. Very friendly service. Tacos de birria de pescado were my favorite. Had an almeja con tuétano.. So, so. Taco de camaron with jocoque, was nice. The crown was taken by the short rib (slow cooked for 16 hrs), just delicious. Frijoles charros were really good too. Private parking. But beware is dining al fresco, so come prepared accordingly to the weather. Credit cards accepted. During the summer months it will become a trendy place in Rosarito.”

“Dining at Marisco Anarbol's is like being invited to someone's home for lunch/dinner, it's a small place with a fantastic view. (If you choose to be seated outside this time of the year, just know it'll be chilly and windy..) There is small bar, this restaurant is a quiet place where you can have a relaxed lunch, have a few drinks and just listen to the sea and watch the late afternoon sun.. I love it! Btw, the food, soup and chowder were all great! Victor is a very good chef! :)”

“I tried going to this restaurant with a friend when we were in Rosarito for Baja Beach Fest 2021. The photos of the two tables looked really cute with the wall of plants. We were craving a healthy Japanese food place. When we arrived at the dust field, we didn't see a restaurant. For a while we were sooooo confused, but suddenly a man appeared with a saucer in each hand. The man was…BAD BUNNY, our waiter for the night. We had an incredible time, it was a night full of salmon, tuna, mezcal, and a very tasty trio. 5 stars, I recommend them with all confidence.”

“Was very impressed by this restaurant. Good food, friendly servers, clean restaurant and well kept grounds and beautiful views. Unlike many other restaurants in Baja, you can tell that someone here has taken the time to train their staff and servers. Bravo!!! Attention to detail is a rare thing in many other restaurants so it was very pleasant surprise to find it through the entire lunch we had. Only feedback I gave is to have the cooks not dunk the coconut shrimp in the sauce but instead put it on the side. The crunch was completely gone on my fried shrimp. Delicious, but mushy instead of crunchy. Bummer. Everything else was great and we’ll be back.”

“There is live music which is great! Although to request a song you must pay! The women’s bathroom is beautiful especially if you love to take mirror pictures. The presentation of the entire restaurant was amazing and overall outstanding. We had an issue with the food we ordered and the manager immediately fixed the issue. They close late and they have good drinks! Next door is a karaoke bar so if you like karaoke there is one available next door! The vibe was great and everyone was very friendly! Definitely recommend if you like banda and if you like to dance and have a good time! It is also kid friendly and the food was great overall.”
