Usually good and fast service; PLEASE make sure you get a YELLOW receipt with 2 sections and get it STAMP before boarding the bus. My ONLY complaint is that some units does NOT have AC. The cost is 10 dollars and you usually pass the border in 30 minutes or less. HIGHLY recommend to speak Spanish

My experience of Ticketon is limited to the border crossing from Mexico to USA. All was smooth and everyone helpful. Speeds up immigration into US.

They only charge 10 dollars for you to skip the long pedestrian crossing at the San ysidro border. Definitely worth the money especially if you are in a hurry

The line was incredibly long to walk across the border. My cab driver told me about a bus company that drives you to US Customs. The entire process was less than 30 minutes. Time saved. > 3 hours. This is the fastest way to cross the border going into the US from Tijuana. Cost $10.00 from Ticketton.
