I absolutely love this post office. Best employees anywhere. They are so helpful no matter how much help you need and they will give you as much time as you need to get you set up. Donna and Brad the post man especially are awesome.

I love this USPS location. I have shipped many packages basically every day for years, and this is the one location I can count on for a smooth and quick trip. Every individual employee is nice, caring and knowledgeable despite the huge amount of volume they have to deal with. I've been to dozens of other USPS locations throughout St. Johns County and the northeast Florida area, but this is easily the best one. Any issues or questions are more or less non-existent but if they arise they get sorted out instantaneously. To all the people that are voting low because their mail got lost or other reasons outside this branch's control- that has nothing to even do with this specific location. Coming from an experienced shipper, these guys are all-stars.

I have had my fair share of experiences with many different post offices across Florida, but this Saint Augustine location was the first one that I am actually happy with! I went in to pick up a package that was being held at the King Street location. They looked for about 10 minutes while I was there, and they could not find it. There were several other people behind me in line, and we were all frustrated. The manger pulled me over to the side got my name and phone number, and told me that he would call me back before the end of the night with an update on my package. I thought to myself, "yea right, that's not going to happen", and I left completed frustrated. However, at about 8 PM that night, I got a call from the manager personally apologizing to me, but letting me know that they did in fact, find my package. I couldn't believe I got a call back. He said, "I'm sorry it's so late, but I told you I would call, and I just wanted to make sure that I did." The time didn't matter to me, I was just so happy that they found my package, and that there is a USPS manager out there that actually looks at for his customers! Aside from this experience, I have only had pleasant interactions with this Post Office. Very blessed to finally live in a place with a good post office!!
