I have been a patron with Farmers Insurance Melissa Knox for over 30 years - 3 homes, several cars and now my children's vehicle coverages. Recently my auto premium went up due to inflation - understandable. Erica Martinez of Farmers worked with me and listened to my concerns and quoted me a new amazing renewal at a better rate, and amazing coverage. I could not be happier and I could not have asked for better service from Erica. She listened and understood my concerns and made some great recommendations for a better policy coverage with a lower rate. Erica is my go to....she was wonderful!
