I recently found myself with a need to store some tools and inventory and needed a storage facility. iStorage checked all of the boxes for my requisites and I’ve been very pleased with the staff, security, and sizes of units available.
The location at 29th and Amidon is well lit, has cameras on every building, and is locked down after hours. This is way more important to me than monthly price, which isn’t that bad, honestly.
I know of cheaper places without security....No Thank You.
Tiffany is the manager that set up my account and she was wonderful. She even went out of her way to meet me at a time that really was only convenient for me, and she gladly accommodated. She is professional, articulate, and showed ample respect for the value of my time. She made me feel comfortable with leaving my trade tools under her watch because she takes her job seriously.

I wasn’t sure what size unit I needed for all my furniture, and then Tiffany took the time to walk me through what would best work for my needs. Good facility, locked gate and cameras make me feel like my stuff is fine even when I’m half a country away. I’m not sure what her position is, but if Tiffany isn’t at least a district manager, then I bet another company poaches her just for her sales ability alone!

Just signed up with Tiffany for a small storage unit. She was very welcoming and professional.
I bought a nice lock with 3 keys for an extra $14. Coverage through them costs an extra $12 minimum or if you have renter’s or homeowner’s insurance already then you don’t have to pay anything extra.
This place was clean and well maintained. I feel safe leaving my things with them.
