Buy local to get the right "area" code for where you expect to be traveling. We had no problem getting a Telcel SIM Card at one of the many quality electronic Mexico, I do not see where a local TelCel sim card would make any sense unless you plan to stay over a month and longer. tengo un chip de un telefono que compre pero era local telcel pero usa chip el pedo es que la targeta sim no dice el pin y al meterlo a un celular me pide pin y en la targetita en donde venia no dice nada ni pin ni punk ni pim entonces quiero saber como o si hay una forma de sacar el.
