(February 11, 2021, 10:34 am)This company is great! I tried a competitor quote before Enterprise and had a family discount to go with it and still Enterprise was more cheaper than them!! I had an amazing first experience, they made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. When I didnt like the first car they right away were willing to upgrade for a VERY SMALL price! I'll highly recommend Enterprise and will be using them again in the future!
(September 24, 2020, 11:05 am)I normally love enterprise but this last time I just have to tell them about themselves. I arrived 30 mins ahead of my reservation time and wasn’t provided a car until an hour and half after my reservation time. They apologized by giving me a free upgrade in which I already used my own for the reservation so no you didn’t give me anything for the inconvenience. Even more so you offered a car to someone who arrived after me only to say I’m sorry I didn’t know. The clerk couldn’t even provide me with an eta on the rental because he wasn’t sure.
