I’ve been living here for almost a year now and haven’t had any issues with the complex. It's not a very good neighborhood but the university place has locked gates and security is usually parked outside the building so it makes it a safe place to live.
The front desk is always willing to help out and fix any possible problem.

The facility is clean and well kept.
The management team is the best!
This is the best value for off campus housing. I highly recommend this place.

Let me say I love it! The staff member Emmanuel is very awesome, he’s welcoming and friendly. As a young adult I feel very comfortable and like I’m in great hands! Definitely does his job.

University Place has been a great place to live. The utilities were relatively new and plentiful, the proximity to Fresno State was super convenient, and the staff is always very helpful, especially Emmanuel. My biggest complaint was simply the noise from the street and the upstairs neighbors. Overall, University Place was very accommodating and helpful throughout the past eight months that I lived there.
