(February 16, 2021, 10:54 am)Dr. Johnson was so amazing getting my 2 dogs in and treated for kennel cough. It was the snowmageddon weekend, and even though they didn't have power to the clinic, Dr. Johnson examined my 2 pups and even hand wrote the prescriptions.
(December 29, 2020, 5:08 pm)The ladies who work here were super nice, so kind, and when our amy Lynn passed during surgery they fought for a very long time to bring her back, and cried on the phone when they had to tell us we lost her.. I would recommend this vet to anyone. They were amazing and they really love our animals.
(December 22, 2020, 3:22 pm)I cannot say enough nice things about this team. Even during a pandemic, they treat all pets (and pet parents) with kindness, respect and diligence. I had to bring my cat, River, in for a check-up. Not only were they fast, but he actually quite likes them and on his write-up they told me how well behaved he was!
The value is great, I used to say that I could never leave a vet appointment paying less than $300.00. I now frequently leave paying less than $200.00. They always clear the expense before completing the recommended procedures.
If you are looking for a compassionate crew that genuinely loves animals, look no further!
(December 21, 2020, 1:55 pm)They've got to be the last not completely overpriced veterinarian and most of Oregon at least around the Portland metro area. Shopped around to find a good price on rabbit neutering and all the places that I kept finding was going to charge a new patient visit that couldn't happen for 4 to 6 weeks out and after that visit they would then be willing to schedule the actual procedure and that is another $400 to $500. Happy valley was the only veterinarian that I found that didn't charge almost $500 for the procedure and didn't require a new patient visit. They rolled it all into one visit and even cut our rabbit's nails at no extra cost. If you need good service at good prices this is the only veterinarian I found. And the other veterinarians that I talked to like to tell people they were the only veterinarians in the area that do rabbit neutering.
(August 27, 2020, 9:50 pm)They treated our Baby boy like he was important. They waited to give him his shot when he was ready. They took great care during post OP and recovery. I would highly recommend them .They are genuinely loving knowledgeable professionals. Surgery was very reasonable. I'm so Happy with thier work and so is Duke. Thanks for taking such good care of our baby!
