“They are very attentive. It is advisable to make an appointment but they also do the impossible to assist you if you do not have an appointment, only that you must be ready to wait a bit. Take my puppy and Dr. Ricardo very attentive and very patient with him. They have their own x-ray machines and they had the medicines that were prescribed to my dog. They also have aesthetics and emergency hours until 12am. I have no complaints and Dr. Ricardo highly recommended to have a good patience and listen to your questions and answer all the questions you have. They also have good prices and you can pay in cash or card. ??”

“Just make sure upon arriving to weight down your pet and write down the purpose of your visit in the visitor's book. There are several veterinarians at the ready to handle incoming visits so the service is very quick. The cost of consultation without medications currently runs at $150 pesos (around $8.5 USD). The facilities are clean and well maintained. Service is professional and respectful. This is my favorite place to bring our pets whenever the need arises.”

Not only were they fast, but he actually quite likes them and on his write-up they told me how well behaved he was! The value is great, I used to say that I could never leave a vet appointment paying less than $300.00. I now frequently leave paying less than $200.00. They always clear the expense before completing the recommended procedures. If you are looking for a compassionate crew that genuinely loves animals, look no further!”
