“There is a mechanic on site here.. I was with my family when my car broke down (totally broke down) on my way to Ensenada (about another hour away). I was referred to this mecanic by someone I met at a local gas station... "go see 'El Colombia," he told me... so there I went... I was now at this shop...and at the mercy of a mechanic I did not know in a town I had only previously driven through.. when I met the mechanic, he was not at all what I expected... he was a total and complete gentleman who totally emphatized with my situation and ordeal... seeing my very tired (and very hungry) family, he decided to queue my vehicle to the "front of the line" .... he told me and explained exactly what had happened (and why) to my vehicle.. his crew then immediately got to work on it. He then turned to me and offered me a ride to get my family a snack..... a very pleasant man indeed... When we returned, my wife, girls and I sat at this wonderful and welcoming little table that was in a small patio adjacent the shop...the patio was surrounded by countless birdhouses filled with wonderful music making parrots and colorful birds...then it hit me...all this is gonna cost me a pretty penny....I approached El Colombia and asked him- okay, how much is it going to be? He told me "it's five thousand pesos," "but today it's only five hundred 😊" ... (about 26 American dollars) ..I sighed relief.... by then my car was fixed and ready to go... my fam was once again happy and very thankful of this wondrrful man we had the privilege of meeting on our road trip.... Awesome service! Great prices! Just magnificent! Gracias Colombia!”
