Went by the drive-thru this afternoon and we were very pleased with the service. Everyone was pleasant, cheerful and communicated well. Even some employees inside that weren't waiting on us could be heard chatting and laughing. And our order was correct! Best fast food experience in ages. Q

Ordered Big Mac with no bun in middle. What I got was a Big Mac with bun whatsoever. Even though it was a mistake on drive-thru worker I'm glad it happened.
I didn't know they would serve it that way. It was really good so i will order it that way again.

I don't often eat at McDonald's but I was driving to the Austin area from Allen and needed to stop. I had my dog with me and he needed a break. This location was right off the highway so super convenient. I won't pull off the highway unless I can see something close. There was an older lady working that took my order. She was so friendly and professional! Honestly, I feel like this is getting to be so rare. The service was prompt and the French fries were hot and perfect! (Definitely the most important! 😄) Not sure I'll ever get back there but a positive experience.
