As usual I would stop by advanced and get assistance but lately advance has been no help . So I went to autozone who just opened up . Emily was a great help to me in helping me find the right part for my car to get me safely back on the road. She greeted me with respect and I love the energy that she possesses . We need more people like Emily. 😊
(March 17, 2021, 6:19 pm)Went in for an oil change kit. The manager told me upon checking out that for just $3 more, I could also take advantage of getting a new air filter. They could have just sold me what I went in for; however, they focused on making sure the customer was happy & got the most out of the purchase. I am now only going to AutoZone for my automotive needs in the future. Thanks for being knowledgeable & helping make a good deal better. I give AutoZone ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5️⃣ for the extra mile that was taken to help make my visit much better & less expensive.
