I went to the branch on July 5 to make an appointment (I went around 4:00pm) the girl who helped me didn't know what she was selling me, first I chose the “SOCIAL” package and I showed her the makeup and the hairstyle and tells me “let me show the hair stylist to the hairstyle, because that is not going to be included in the SOCIAL package” (He never told me that it would have another cost and nor that it would not be included in the GLAM). He went up the stairs for 3-4 minutes and came down, he told me “they didn't tell me that it would have to be the GLAM PACKAGE, to be able to cover the hairstyle you want”, well I said, no problem, change it for me.
(I noticed that they have cameras, so they can easily see everything I'm telling you, you can even see when the girl is correcting my grade with a "corrector")
The day of my event arrived, July 26 (I arrived early as the girl told me)
And they already ask me if I have an appointment and what package it was, I tell them the GLAM PACKAGE
And the girl Vanesa tells me, do you have any idea about your hairstyle? And I told him, look, and I showed him the photo. And she tells me that this hairstyle is not included in the GLAM package, because of the type of waves and I don't know what else, and I tell her “they didn't tell me that the day I came to leave the advance payment.”
So my annoyance is if I bought a “COMPLETE PACKAGE”, why didn't they respect my package? And from the beginning the girl told me “No” and didn't even apologize for the confusion.
