“This place is dog friendly. Which is very useful if your on vacation or trying to escape the fire works. The buffet in the morning is top notch. They even have excellent bread from ensenada. It is very reasonably priced.”

“Be careful. They sell themself as B&B. But if you are staying more than 1 night, at check in, they say: "First day is complimentary, all the following days you have to pay as you reserved thru Expedia." Even in the rooms they have a tend card with this info. Otherwise rooms are very good and good location to explore The Valley.”

“We had a wonderful experience at Lumi. The small shipping containers were clean and cozy. The air conditioning worked well and there was plenty of hot water in the shower. The continental breakfast was beautiful. We hired therapists for a couples massage on the upper deck which made our stay really special.”

“We’ve stayed here twice and will definitely come again. You can’t beat the central location, clean and air conditioned rooms, large shower, and pool! I would not come if you are afraid of dogs, but all of them are very very sweet. Love that they added mini fridges in the rooms too! Playground and pool for kids. Wonderful views and incredibly accommodating hosts.”

“We had hoped to eat at the restaurant, but were advised on arrival that it was fully booked. Thankfully, they have an outdoor seating area with pig on the spit, big wooden picnic tables, a lovely view of the mountains beyond the vineyard and friendly waiters ready to serve a wide variety of cold drinks. As we found a table and reviewed the menu, there was a musician playing on the patio behind us. After our meal of lechon tacos (which did not come with the papas and vegetables we expected), we had dessert from the sweets stand. I tried the marquesita which was an interesting combination of crispy crepe rolled up with grated cheese and condensed milk inside. Before we left, we took a stroll through the vineyard as the sun slipped behind the mountains.”

“Welcoming and restful location. The small staff make one feel as if they’re a regular with pleasant greetings and freely offering any information and guidance needed. The location Is a combination of rustic chic and vineyard resort. Simple and sustainable rooms are comfortable and restful. Nicely appointed. No TV but after an active day rest is all that one needs. Breakfast is a mix of fresh produce, property fresh Orange juice, coffee, herbal teas, local bread and cheese, local tomatoes with basil and pesto, an egg dish if desired and an amazing collection of homemade jams including some unusual and delicious local flavors. Nacho and good small team of Isaí and JoAnna make the place feel warm and welcoming. Will return”

“Casa Malaga is an absolute dream! Gated community and easy parking. Apartment layout is ideal, with bedrooms on opposite ends and views across each room! Extra large kitchen, and stylish Baja coastal chic decor, with little local details and upgrades laced throughout. Hosts offered a variety of tips on local spots and were quick to respond/assist with questions. Every place we chose from their list was top notch, definitely recommend a visit to the Valle! Can’t wait to come back!!”

“We spent 2 nights at this beautiful property. As you drive in and first see the Palazzo, you realize you are in for a special treat. It is the perfect showcase for the owner’s stunning art. All of the staff were so friendly, professional and responsive. A special shout out to Paula and Sarya, they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. It was clear they wanted everyone to have a wonderful time. We experienced delicious wine, snacks and fun conversation at the evening wine tasting. The night of our tasting, the owner found out the University awarded the Palazzo Nebbiolo a Gold Medal! Each of the areas of the property are beautiful and it was a relaxing stay. The rooms were spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had all of the modern amenities you expect at a first rate establishment. The striking mountain views are the perfect background for this unique and intimate property.”

“Great place, close enough to get there easily, far away enough to be remote. Clean and well appointed, cabins rest between trees so it's very comfortable to just sit outdoor. Still out in the wilderness, we found a small scorpio close to our cabin and I'm sure there's more wild stuff. Be sure to take some watermelon for Canelo and Yukon. Mr. Callado is a great guy”

“Beautiful and quiet spot. Great weekend escape. The RV is cute and cozy, recently remodeled, and the detached bathroom clean and spacious. There's a BBQ and fire pit, and plenty of space for friends to pitch a tent. I'd give it 5 stars, but it is kind of pricey for the amenities, and we couldn't get the right balance of hot and cold in the shower. Loved our stay though! Hosts are friendly and communicative.”

“I stayed here during my vacation to ensenada and completely enjoyed my stay. It has a very beautiful view of the ocean, and the wall decorations and ornaments were definitely nice. I would recommend staying here if you enjoy the nice view of the ocean and the cool temperatures. You also feel secure. As it is a gated community, complete with tennis courts and a pool.”

“We had the opportunity to be in the place last week, I really liked the pool. It is a place that is just starting out, so it needs many details, such as hot water in a shower, a large fridge, since they have a small one, and because the ice is not enough, and Oxxo is a bit far away. The cabin has 3 bedrooms, only one with a fan. The living room space is large, I would recommend putting a sofa bed. The dining room is fine, the kitchenette too, and the grill outside the cabin is great. They have a wood oven. The jacuzzi still does not have hot water. At night they turn on the lights and it looks beautiful. It is a good place, relaxed, comfortable because it is private. I would definitely go back without thinking. We had a great time.”

“Beautiful place to stay in the Valle if you are looking for more of a fancy “glamping” experience. The cabins are super comfy, new, and modern. The jacuzzi was amazing, of course. Perfect for a getaway with your special someone.”
