Great place for a quick lunch. I had the spicy ramen which was really tasty. Broth was rich but for me the best part were the texture of the handmade noodles. I really like their edemame as well as it’s not as overcooked as most places usually do it. Their calpis drink was a bit flat but not a big issue. Service was great and helpful for recommendations.
Valuable money. Great location. Once arrive and there is a queue, don’t forget to write your name on the waiting list.
Gyoza is crispy and tasty. Ramen soup taste umami but a bit oily for me. Noodle cooked well.
Amazingly delicious ramen dishes prepared freshly and wow! The dumplings were to die for and we came back again a second time to relive the dream. If you enjoy Sino Japanese cuisine, Fou Fow Ramen is the place to eat.
For me the best Ramen in Amsterdam!
Freshly made and also the vegetarian broth tastes really good - rich and comes with many flavours.
Staff is very friendly - fast and treat me as a guest with awareness.
You have to be lucky to find an empty seat at this ramen place, it is beloved my many! Including me. They have a great variety of noodle bowls on the menu making it easy to dine at with friends.
