Great service, great car and super helpful staff.
Booked a car in a short time. Staff was kind enough to call us to confirm cause we were late to pick up the car.
Once we arrived they were very helpful and also offered a VERY NICE upgrade.

Seriously one of the best car rental places of the many I been to - nice interior, clean and super friendly staff, especially Paul and Carlos!

I have to give a shout-out to Alesandra and Alejandro (I think those are their names) for their incredible understanding and service. I arrived a few minutes past 6pm and I was unaware they closed at 6 (My fault, thought they had the same hours as the airport). Despite being late and after closing hours, they were gracious enough to rent and inspect the car for us! If not, we would not be able to come back until tomorrow and cancel our entire evening plans and impact our weekend. They really stepped in and saved our trip! Thousand times thank you! 🙏
