I popped in the store because my phone was having issues charging, he cleaned out the charging port, with no extra fuss. He asked for nothing in return.

First of all I have to say im happy good pepole still exist !

I came to the store with a problem with my charging socket and I thought I would have to replace the charging socket with a new one
but the the technician was very professional he recognized the problem very fast and fix it right away
I asked him how much i owe him
and he told me its free

They were very helpful for finding the right adaptor. I also got a screen protector and he was able to put it on for me (even cleaned my screen before hand!) Great experience and reduced a lot of stress I had about finding the right things / putting on the screen protector.
