Mr. Crab Seafood Restaurant

The restaurant has a nice atmosphere.
The service way friendly, very attentive and quick!
We had dutch hering, oysters and mussels. The oysters were tasty, the hering was good, too. Only the brew of the mussels could have been a little less fennel heavy and instead have onions + more white wine taste. For my taste the brew just didn't have enough white wine and wasn't as deep as it could have been. But other than that, it was a decent fish restaurant experience :).

This restaurant has such a good quality meals that I am writing that still sitting at the table. The soup was tasty and made with the best fish and seafood, and everything was excellent ! I recommend it 100% !

First time here a few days ago. It was lovely. Our waitress Christine/Christina (forgive me if the name is incorrect) was lovely. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

Food was tasty. The wait for the main course was a little long but I think they were waiting for us to finish our appetizers. The crabs also could have had a little bit more seasoning. But that’s just a personal preference. I also think the price to portion ratio is a bit unbalanced. Leaning towards the overpriced end.

Overall a good experience. Would probably come again to try the Seafood Tower!

We went to Amsterdam for just two days, so we wanted something "special" for dinner. Since Amsterdam is near the sea, we thought that fish should be a good idea - and so "Mr. Crab" sounded just right.

They absolutely did not disappoint - everything we ordered was fresh, very well seasoned and prepared masterly. Perfectly grilled tuna steak, fresh shrimps, very tasty oysters and lots more. The staff is very friendly and every conversation was sincerely heartfelt.

On our next trip to Amsterdam, we'll certainly visit Mr. Crab again! And so should you, if you're looking for great seafood.
