Amazing Oriental Amsterdam

Really cool Asian store! It has authentic specialty products for any Asian food lover and there is even fresh mochi. I recommend visiting for the experience

My second time being here as we need Asian ingredients for home. Whenever we visit Amsterdam, Amazing Oriental should always be visited. If you're from Asia, you might need this store. Please note that the place is quite small.

This is a must see and must visit (on a regular basis) Oriental Temple of a Supermarket with all the essential spices and flavours of Asia, specifically China, India and more. They have cute Asian bowls and spoons, some nice hand crafted items for your table as well. Many Japanese, Chinese or Korean sweets as well, vegetables, frozen specialities, many types of noodles, rice, sushi ingredients to name just few items there. Very lovely service, and the store is clean and organized very very well. 5 out of 5.

This Asian/Chinese supermarket has better prices than the competence in the neighborhood. The supermarket chain has consistent quality in the frozen and fresh products. I would argue that this, smaller shop, should optimize better what it sells. I rather have more food than cutlery or bowls that you don't buy everyday. The food I haven't tried, as I am not a fan of microwave cooking style.

Good prices and selection. The hallways are pretty narrow so it gets a bit annoying when it's busy. They also have take out food at a very reasonable price. I paid 3.99 for a pretty big and filling sandwich.
