The best apple pie that I’ve ever tasted. Very small area inside to sit and relax but anyway you should definitely taste whipped cream apple pie! Definitely recommend!
Apple pie was great, very stuffed to the brim with apples. Cream went great with them. Overall quite a bit to eat, not recommendable to go right after a meal. The hot tea system was interesting in that they just bring you a hot water and you select from a box of teabags on the table. The place was fully seated when I visited but was quite comfy, not too jam-packed.
This is a wonderful place with unique interior, I am very glad I stumbled across it.
The apple pies are incredible, and so are the cappuccinos!
We were here in the morning, but I bet it's a great place to have a beer in the evening too.
Would highly recommend to anyone to stop by!
Skip the lines at Cafe Winkel down the street and just come here for delicious homemade apple pie! A freshly poured Amstel paired surprisingly well. Also had a great witbier. Such a great little rustic cafe and bar with some stern yet friendly guys working the bar. Right next to a canal, outdoor seating for a nice day, an upstairs as well as the main area. What’s not to love. A wonderful setting.
A very nice café with the best apple pie in town!
It is super cosy inside and the staff is very friendly.
If you are a company of two and are not very hungry, but want to try out the pie, I'd recommend taking only one piece - they are huge anyway.
