Very decent international university offering Liberal Arts and Sciences programme in one of Europe's most vibrant cities - Amsterdam. They offer a generous scholarship fund for non-EU students. Bear in mind that tuition fees for non-EU people are 5 times more expensive than that of EU students. (12 600 EUR / year).
