I am really satisfied on the overall quality and level of the reliability of the staff. In particular, I arranged a contract for renting an apartment in Amsterdam and for two years, I had a really smooth experience, without any crucial issue. Also the check-out was super easy to organise. At the end of my contract, I was directly contacted by a professional called Hugo Muller, which managed all the details related to the final check-out form and the deposit return. Thanks a lot, and hope to work with them again the future.

I've been renting from Expat Housing for 2+ years and overall, I am a happy tenant.

When I initially moved in, I had a number of challenges with one member of their team. Largely, I was ignored, spoken down to and/or dismissed. I never felt like a priority or a valued tenant/customer.

I escalated my concerns to Ahmed, and since then, everything has been resolved. Ahmed finds solutions to problems and communicates well.

Me and my partner moved to Amsterdam about four months ago. As finding a house is a very difficult situation in the city we could only find an apartment to subrent. So we did for the past months. But now our time in the apartment is coming to an end and we urgently need to move. After two months of search with almost 0 success we were starting to lose our hopes. That was until we ran into the office of Expat Housing. We arrived there, desperate for a house -we only had 10 days to move out- and the team that was working that day was super helpful. They quickly found a way to help us in this short time situation and in the same afternoon they took us to a viewing of an amazing apartment: very well located, with a lot of light and space. We were mesmerized and absolutely loved the apartment so in no time we signed and delivered the papers for our (hopefully) new home. The experience with Expat Housing was perfect. In less than two weeks after the visit with Etienne I received the call telling my wife and I that the renter chose us. They always picked up the phone fast and answered every question that we had, to assure us of everything. In the end, Ahmed presented os with the keys of the apartment, and made sure everything was in perfect conditions (which it was), even taking notes of some of our doubts to answer us as soon as we could. We are grateful for their services!
