Amsterdam Cooking Workshops

Had the most amazing experience at Amsterdam Cooking workshop. David's backgroud and history to the Thai food we cooked was so interesting and great for a team building event for our team. The food we made ourselves was out of this world and cannot wait to go home and cook it ourselves. Thanks agai David for such a great event

I got the cooking class as a gift for my birthday, it was a voucher for two so I brought my boyfriend. And - oh man - did we have a blast! We had so much fun learning about Thai cuisine and its ingredients. David’s warm and intimate ambiance created a perfect setting for delicious food and great conversations. It was an unforgettable evening filled with fantastic flavours and wonderful company. Highly recommend, we will definitely try some of the other workshops (Vietnamese?) in the future!

The vietnamese workshop was fun and we have learned a lot of things. As an asian myself, I have a "high standard" for asian dishes. I can say that David's recipe taste delicious, but I never been to Vietnam before so I don't know whether it taste like original. But he uses a lot of fresh herbs and all the spices were fresh too, so it make taste much better and nice presentation, too. I like all the dishes that we learned that night.

First time that i do a cooking workshop and not the last!!! I knew a little about indonesian cooking but David, the owner know his cooking and really care about sharing his passion for asian cuisine. The place was well organized and the recipes were easy to follow. David take care that you learn dishes other that beef rendang and chicken satay😉 If you are alone or in group, want to learn about indonesian cooking and enjoy a nice evening with a beautiful feast, it's the place to be in Amsterdam. Next time, i will try another asian cooking workshop because David teach vietnamese, thai and japanese cuisine too. Thank you very much for the recipes. It was a beautiful experience😁

We had a fantastic experience for our team building! Super fun, authentic thai food cooking, learning new cooking techniques and recipes, sharing great laughs with the team and much more.
Our host and chef David was an absolute star and made this experience even greater with his knowledge, good humor and tasty recipes!
For sure a must do experience! Will have to try the other cuisines offered as well!
We made about 9 different dishes of true authentic Thai food!
