If I could give 10 stars I would!! Super service from Daniel at Bristol Street Motors Derby when buying a Renault Clio Hybrid, everything from over the phone to in the dealership nothing was ever too much trouble, I probably drove him around the bend but it didn't show! Even called the night before to ask if he could move the car undercover out of the snow. Not a problem, it was moved into the showroom for me to view, for next day. Made the whole process simple and early days but i love the car so far! Thanks Daniel. Happy customer!👍

First time there for a service and i was impressed. The receptionist was very efficient upon handover of the key at 9am . I received an excellent detailed video from a Technician about the condition of the underside of the car. I also asked to pick the car up at 2pm , and at 2pm i got the call to say it was ready . Would really of liked to of given 5* , but dropped to 4 as they don't accept cash and at that point that's all i had on me . So i had to drive home again to pick up my card . Will know for next time .

I’ve now purchased my second Clio with Bristol Street Derby. They have been incredibly accommodating throughout the process. Jan was particularly understanding with my infrequent communication due to my profession I sometimes find it difficult to reply within office hours. Jan was especially helpful with the part exchange process and couldn’t have been more helpful with any questions or queries I had despite how minor they may have been. His communication was consistent throughout and he couldn’t have done anything more to make my experience as their customer more welcoming! Thanks once again!

I picked my new Clio up on Thursday 22/09/22. We dealt with Scott Burton who we found very friendly and helpful. Scott gave us a courtesy call a few days later to check if everything was OK and that we were happy with the car adding that if I needed any further assistance to give him a call. He also kept us updated on the unfortunate delays in delivery but in the end it was well worth it. We have always been very well looked after at Bristol Street Renault with the present car being our 5th purchase. Thanks very much Scott and the rest of the team.

I recently purchased a vehicle from the Bristol Street Motors Renault Dealership, the salesperson I dealt with Scott Burton was informative and extremely helpful and I felt I was dealt with as an individual rather than a 'punter'. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for him. I didn't feel too pressured during the process which was refreshing I would also like to say that the other colleagues in the showroom were also very helpful. 1 week in and I am loving my purchase.
