(March 15, 2018, 11:03 am)After many years of totally inadequate service, we moved our IT Support and Telephony setup over to Fluent. Not only have they been truly instrumental in bringing us into the 21st century, they now manage IT and Telephony across our group of companies, spanning the entire South Coast.
We place a great deal of trust in Fluent and they consistently go above and beyond, offering advice and guidance where they see it is needed without hesitation.
Helpdesk service is second to none, with absurdly fast turnaround times for all requests (irrespective of urgency) and we have regular contact with the team who often check in to make sure everything's running smoothly.
We recently procured a VoIP telephone system via Fluent and have been nothing but impressed with the value for money, functionality and affordability this system has brought. Coupled with Fluent's expertise and their seemingly effortless commitment, we would have no hesitation in recommending them.
The one thing that struck us the most is the importance Fluent place in understanding your individual needs and making sure these are met.
